Gerry is a long time resident of Santa Maria. He graduated from Santa Maria High School; Enlisted in the United States Marine Corp, Graduate with Associate’s Degree from Allan Hancock College, Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA and attended credited courses at CSU Channel Islands towards a Masters degree (MBA).
Gerry has an extensive (20yr) background in the agriculture industry as Director of Sales & Marketing, responsible for the sales and marketing of high volume perishable product. With Gerry’s community ties, network, education and highly developed negotiation skills which directly apply to Real Estate trading, he decided to launch into real estate sales.
Growing up in Santa Maria, he has an understanding of the unique history of the neighborhoods, new housing trends and the city's economic growth. With his professionalism, skills and knowledge he has the ability to successfully negotiate for you.
